Clarified a strange rules interaction when needing to know the number of cards drawn, but that number is not stated as an integer, it must be inferred from card text. -> 1.070

B.) We have clarified the order for resolving effects, as well as stated the options a player has during their turn. -> 2.080 & 2.090

C.) There was some confusion regarding revealed cards. We think we've cleared that up now. -> 3.080

D.) We had previously defined the removed from the game zone, but never stipulated that cards could not return from it. We fixed this oversight with its own rule. -> 3.090

E.) Any card gained will (at least temporarily) be placed into a player's discard pile and be visible for all players to see. This change was necessary in order for some cards (i.e. Solomn Grundy, etc) to function as intended when playing competitive DCDB. -> 6.080

F.) We clarified the set that "Promo" cards hail from. (We made them their own unique set rather than trying to pair them to the set they were released closest to.) -> 7.020

G.) We have shifted to 4-player games as the predominant game for tournaments, with just enough 3-player games per round that nobody needs to sit out. As tournaments grow larger, 4-player tables will be the norm, with a smaller and smaller percentage of tables being 3-player games. Players should keep this in mind when preparing for tournaments. -> 9.000

H.) A new section was added titled 'End of Game Procedures'. We hope the community can be welcoming and respectful of this section. Having ran several large tournaments, it is overly burdensome on the judge staff to perform all of these activities for each match.
