[{"text":"Hey everyone! We've been having fun on our streams lately by testing everyone's knowledge of DCDB cards and Main Characters. The feedback we received while doing this was phenomenal, and we are happy to announce the release of DCDB Trivia!
"},{"header":"What is It?!"},{"text":"The inspiration behind DCDB Trivia is to familiarize everyone with the cards and main characters in the cube! Each question is randomly generated, which helps to keep the questions fresh and unique.

You will be presented with a card or main character and the set which its from. Based on that information, you'll be faced with questions related to its text, cost, type, etc. Make sure and take time to thoroughly review all of the answers and then select the best choice. After answering, you'll be shown the image for a few seconds and then you'll be presented with the next question automatically.

You are scored for each successfully answered question, and after every fifth question you'll receive a break. You can use this time to clear your mind, get a drink or pause the game and get back to work! Once you click to continue you'll receive your next question and the clock starts ticking again. You should try to complete each cycle of five questions, and then only begin another set if you'll have time to complete it. Once you have been given a question, it effects your score negatively if you answer it incorrectly or take to long to answer it."},{"header":"how it works"},{"text":"The trivia system works by tracking your score throughout a run. Each run consists of 100 questions, with each question being worth either one or zero points, depending on if you get it right or not in the time allotted.

After every 100 questions you'll receive your score for that run. Your highest score is the one displayed on the ranking page, so if you don't do well on your first few runs its easy to improve by doing better on your next run. If you make four runs and your scores are 55, 72, 88 and 65 then the score shown in the rankings page will be 88. This way its easy to improve on a previous score, while making sure future attempts won't hurt you either if you already have a good run in the books."},{"header":"power rings"},{"double":[{"src":"whi746664white-la.jpg"},{"src":"red369351red-lant.jpg"}]},{"text":"Anyone that makes a perfect run (i.e. answering all 100 questions of a run correctly) gains a Power Ring! This is a means for the best of the best to keep competing against one another. Once several players have made perfect runs, the only way to tell them apart is to see who has the most Power Rings!

To that end, anyone making a perfect run will have their trivia rating scored as 100%, and they will begin to accumulate rings. Think you have what it takes to get yourself a power ring or two? How many rings will the top players need to compete for #1 in DCDB trivia this season? Only time will tell!"},{"header":"trivia rating"},{"text":"The trivia system tracks each players individual stats, so anyone that wants to participate just needs to request a unique triva link. Once you receive a unique link, make sure not to give it out to another player; please have them contact us directly to receive their own custom link!

Once you have a unique link you'll be able to access DCDB trivia any time you have internet access, and your stats will all be tracked in real time. Once we get you added to our system, we'll provide you with your custom trivia link (remember never to give out your custom link, and don't use one of your friend's links to play, as this is a violation of the rules).

Other players will be able to view your trivia ranking on the leader board, so you and your friends can participate with other players all over the world to see who really knows their stuff when it comes to DCDB! To check your rating, head over to https:\/\/www.dcdeckbuilding.com\/ratings\/.

The official DCDB Trivia link is: https:\/\/www.dcdeckbuilding.com\/trivia\/, but that won't do you much good, except to recommend you contact us for your unique user link.
